The Black Swan Brasserie - Guisborough

A little gem just behind the swan pub. Don't miss it. I don't really like Indian food that much really, but I really liked their food. Really, really great flavoursome food and I'm glad we found it. The owner told us, that he's mother came personally to veto the dishes! If I'm ever around those parts again I will definitely pop in again. GreT COVID protocol.

Really impressed by the attentive service and pride of a new restaurant. The fact the chef prepares chutneys and yoghurts stood out as it made a much welcome tasty addition. Great food and a darned decent eatery.

We visited the restaurant for the first time tonight and were pleasantly surprised; we didn’t even know it existed! As soon as we walked in, we found a cozy, spotlessly clean, and well-organized space. The staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness right from the start. We opted for the set menu, which offered a great variety of choices. We began with poppadoms and pickles, followed by a sharing plate of starters. There were several options available for the main course. We expected the portions to be smaller given the price, but to our delight, they were quite generous – we couldn’t finish everything! The food was truly top-notch. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and of course, we plan to return as well. Thank you! x

I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and enjoyable evening. The staff and owners truly care about both the food and their customers, and it shows. The food was the freshest I've had in a restaurant in a long time, and every dish was just as delicious as the last. I highly recommend this place for its amazing, authentic cuisine and fantastic service. It's a solid 10/10, and we will definitely be back!

We dined here last night and can’t say enough about how amazing it was. The food was perfect, though there was too much for us to finish. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back soon!
