I've been here many times, it's always good! I will say though, when they were out of Ketchup one time (who is out of Ketchup!? they made me buy one of their bottles of Ketchup rather than open one and use it.... Fries $3.50, Ketchup for fries $7.00...! Aside from that they've always been great with everything I've ordered! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Forte's Gourmet Market:
The food is good, the location is convenient, but unfortunately the service is just so bad that I can't recommend it. Nobody is ever working the counter, there is no definitive queue, none of the employees know who has been served or even if they're using the ticket system that day. You may be standing there for twenty minutes before someone comes by to take your order.Go to the Marketplace or Cilantro for a much bet... View all feedback.
We've been customers for 20 years. They're just the best in every way. Excellent food and the best butcher shop in the area. The owner Ron and his staff are always pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend you go there.
Was excite to find a new place close to work but was disappointed, the roast beef didn’t have much flavor and the amount they put on a sandwich was minimal for the amount charged, over priced and underfed
Beautiful market great small town market vibe. Thank you Fiona loves her bone!!!
Excellent meats, sandwiches, homemade soups, and prepared foods.Owner and staff are as topshelf as it gets.Great place for lunch. Two tables to eat at in the front room. Try the fresh cut fries ?
Great sandwiches and prepared foods. Some Italian grocery items too. Friendly people. If you're ever on the Connecticut shoreline near Guilford ya gotta go.
