None of the staff smiled or made any effort to even pretend to care, and it made sense after meeting the manager. The manager (I guess is male, but with long brown hair, a dress, lots of make up) was constantly rolling his eyes, pulling faces (as if asking to pay your bill is too much trouble), and was rude at every opportunity. That explains why the rest of the staff there have no care about customer service. This company should fire him and get a good leader for their staff. This guy will do nothing except lose you more business rapidly. Food was also bad.

We had to ask for the set menu that was advertised for £24.95 and it had what I wanted. A cocktail, chicken wings (very small) were very tasty and curried goat. Saltfish fritters and the BBQ ribs fell off the bone. My only negative was the ladies toilets. Three were blocked and dirty and two had no working lock. The music and vibe plus a few things on the menu made the visit worth it.

I personally enjoy the island brunch bowl on the current menu, which includes callaloo, ackee, chickpea curry, plantain, and roti. There are plenty of options to choose from, such as sweetcorn fritters or Trini doubles for starters, as well as vegan yardbird, burgers, Buddha bowls, jerk chickn, and various side dishes.
