Rajdoot is a well-known Indian and Bangladeshi subcontinental restaurant in Guildford that has been serving traditional Indian cuisine since 1992. As one of the busiest Indian restaurants in Surrey, we recommend booking your table in advance, as we are also very popular for takeaways. Our family-owned restaurant is managed by two brothers, with the younger one being the main chef with 25 years of experience cooking Indian and subcontinental food. We pride ourselves on offering unique special dishes not available at any other restaurant in the region. Our excellent service staff, guided by my brother, ensure a great dining experience. Absolutely gorgeous food, we certainly appreciated it as we live on Exmoor and an Indian restaurant is not something that is not local to us it is something we have definitely missed since we left Guildford. We will be back View all feedback.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food was exceptional in quality and flavor, and the service and cleanliness were top-notch. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Our group of 17 members recently attended our Christmas meeting at the top-rated restaurant for 2023. We were greeted warmly by the friendly staff and led to a long table adorned with festive Christmas crackers. Despite making a reservation for a large group in advance, we were able to easily adjust our booking as the night approached. This turned out to be a good decision, as the restaurant was packed to the brim. The food orders were taken swiftly and accurately, and each course arrived promptly, allowing everyone to eat together. The high quality of the food and service lived up to our expectations. As is our tradition, we presented the manager with our annual winning certificate, which was promptly displayed behind the bar. We highly recommend this venue and believe it is worth a trip, even if you do not live nearby.
The food is delicious, the atmosphere is lively, and the staff is friendly. This restaurant is a great place to try at least once and perfect for a late night outing. I highly recommend it!
