With different friends each time I've visited either their North Bridge, Rose Street and George IV Bridge stores, I've always had a different pastry and I can never really decide which I like best. I've had the Giotto, the Mille Feuille, the Strawberry Mille Feuille and the Chocolate Mousse which has a profiterole, kind of like the proverbial cherry, sitting daintily on top.
