With different friends each time I've visited either their North Bridge, Rose Street and George IV Bridge stores, I've always had a different pastry and I can never really decide which I like best. I've had the Giotto, the Mille Feuille, the Strawberry Mille Feuille and the Chocolate Mousse which has a profiterole, kind of like the proverbial cherry, sitting daintily on top. If you're a big fan of pastries, I'm sure... View all feedback.
This caffe serves delicious coffee and desserts. the series of cakes, torts and bakes that are displayed, spoils them for the sheer choice they have.
We were craving a delicious hot chocolate and baked goods, and this place delivered. We absolutely loved it.
Patisserie valeria is a beautiful place for coffee, baked, ice and afternoon tea. good snack at any time of the day, very tempting desserts bake, ice and coffee, old reputation reliable food chain.
This restaurant is one of my favorite spots to indulge in a slice of cake. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is warm, and the cakes are delicious, especially the black forest gateau which I always order. It's a great place to introduce friends to Edinburgh's coffee culture. I would recommend trying the black forest gateau and the double chocolate gateau for a delightful chocolate mix that isn't too overpowering.
The window display did do the magic of getting us in to satisfy the sweet tooth. Tried the Berry Mousse and Chocolate pastry both were satisfactory.
