The food I received was burnt, stale from I suspect the Friday 2... read more I had the most awful experience yesterday after ordering 2 lots of special fried rice and ribs. The food I received was burnt, stale from I suspect the Friday 26th when they were supposed to be open) and cold. I called the shop and told them and the woman was so rude to me and refused to refund me. She denied everything not knowing I’d already tested it for bacteria have worked in the food industry for years) it came up positive. She then sent a new batch of the Same food again! And stoped answering my calls. Unfortunately I will have to report this because this is absolutely disgusting and both batched had a significant amount of bacteria indicating that my suspicions were correct. Risking your restaurant to “batch cook” as you said is just disgusting when you’re not using fresh food.
