People who complain simply or mostly don't now how to Read the notices on the doors .If you had a run in with the staff just go and complain to the owners ,I believe they will look after you. Then again it my be just some locals who liked to make up stories

I forgot to mention, delicious fresh bread every day, tenderly baked by Kerry herself, every morning. Take a trip to Guildy to buy some of Kerry's bread. You'll be pleased you did. 22 Jan, 2015 Warm welcome, friendly staff, great food, amazing view New Owners. A scrumptious breakfast, good coffee and a staff that try hard to please. Congratulations to the new owners on the delicious food, great staff and new look premises. I know it's early days, as a regular I can see you are making changes and all for the better. Well done. I look forward to my next visit. I also had fish and chips, the new management go to great lengths to get the best fresh fish available. Ask them where the fish of the day is from and they will tell you. Looking forward to great improvements in a great spot on our WA coast just an hour from the city. Well done.

Bad service indeed! Never experienced such poor service anywhere in Perth before. The staff were not friendly at all. Ordered some fish and chips and told them that we are having it there, but were given take away packs. When questioned they didn't even bother to explain. No utensils were provided and have to request for them before they provide with reluctance. Being the only cafe in the area you don't have a choice don't you. Well I promise never going back again Sean
