What Darla Bailey doesn't like about The Bear's Den Steakhouse:
We have eaten here a few times, this trip was the worst. Waitress gave us very poor service and our food didn't come with what the menu had. Lobster tail was like rubber and our appetizer was brought without the celery. When ask for our celery our waitress brought 3 tiny pieces. Fish was not good either but the steak was ok . 3 people dining with a $200 ticket, wasn't worth cost. View all feedback.
If you have 2 hrs for a mediocre meal that was overpriced and service took forever have at it. 7 people, 5 steaks 1.25 hrs to get food. 2 steaks were wrong and another $40 fillet was not anywhere near 8 ozs and very over cooked. Didn't get any refills during the entire 2 hr experience. Will not go back. Would rather of had pizza.
We had an amazing meal here and I can not say one bad thing about the it at all BUT, yes there's a but... Service was subpar, slow and our server kept forgetting what we were drinking. I also did not like the unwelcoming vibes my family and I received from some of the local patrons. Guess they've never seen Hispanics? lol Whatever. Either way I'm not blaming that on the establishment and neither should you. I'll definitely be ordering take out next time.
Steaks were prepared just as ordered, medium rare with excellent flavor. Staff was friendly
Excellent food, clean and great bar cocktails. We had the sirloin and ribs. They were over the top delicious. We will be back again soon!!
Very loud had to practically yell at your party or repeat what u said everything else was great
