Theo's - Cambridge
Theo's
Description
Located just off I-70, this restaurant offers a mix of traditional and gourmet dishes, though recent experiences suggest a decline in quality. While the pork chop and some pasta dishes have garnered praise, problems with service and inconsistent food preparation were noted by several patrons, especially regarding items like gyros and homemade dressings. Although the desserts, particularly the pies, received mixed reviews, many diners appreciated the friendly staff and the promise of vegan options. Overall, while the restaurant has its charms and loyal customers, a few changes are needed to elevate the dining experience to its former glory.

Great family style restaurant with good country cooking. Wait staff are super friendly. Highly recommend this place.
One of the best restaurants in Cambridge. Always a great experience. The food is consistently good. Save room for pie (or get it to go)!!
Wonderful event venue upstairs with a great buffet for our group. Servers were attentive and friendly. Theos in Cambridge was a terrific choice for our late lunch after a visit to The Wilds in Cumberland!
I used to love this place as a kid but the quality of the food isn't what I remember. I ordered a gyro and the sauce was like cottage cheese it was clearly expired. This was the 3rd bad food experience that I've had there in a few months time span. Also me and my kids were seated in the corner of their expanded dining space and honestly it didn't feel right to me either. It felt like we weren't wanted there and they sat us where we wouldn't be seen. Since it was my son's birthday I didn't want to make a scene, but I would never do business there again and I wouldn't recommend this establishment.
