Despite a few negative experiences, many people still enjoy visiting this KFC location. Some seem to have received less-than-ideal service and food quality, while others have had positive experiences. It appears that the chicken can be hit or miss, but some find it satisfying enough to keep coming back. Prices are on the higher side, but with a good deal or a craving for the famous 11 herbs and spices, it may be worth a visit. I thought I could grab a quick lunch here, but I was mistaken. It took them 20 minutes to get my order.
Never again - the worst! It's six in the morning and I am so upset. I was up all night with bloating, stomach cramps, constant gas, and diarrhea.
The service was dreadful. I found it extremely difficult to place my order as I couldn't connect with the cashier.
Honestly, the chicken was not great - it was undercooked and unappetizing. Additionally, it took way too long - 20 minutes - to receive just one order of popcorn chicken and fries.
This KFC in Guelph is the best. The food here is much better than the Silvercreek location, and I would definitely choose to come here over the other one. My experiences at this KFC have always been positive.
