The homemade cappelletti in chicken broth looked simple but took our breath away with its umami. The pasta with truffles was done delicately and the taste was just simply luxurious. The fresh pasta with Gubbio saffron and sausage was just as mind-blowing. For mains, we had the lamb stew and the boiled meat in its sauces. The lamb was not gamey at all. It was so good I wished there were more pieces! The boiled meats were soft and light and matched really well with its sauces. The portions were just right for me. They are not hearty portions but that allows one to try more dishes. You get foodgasm just eating there.
