W... read more Excellent place, although a bit chaotic. Reservations highly recommended. This is the second restaurant we 've visited in Alessandro Borghese 's 4 Ristoranti. We ordered two side dishes and two meat dishes. The wait was long, but the room at -1 was unfortunately crowded with a table for two families and six children. Unfortunately, we didn 't fully enjoy the dinner.

The tagliata with porcini mushrooms and baked potatoes was a revelation: tender meat, fresh mushrooms with an intoxicating aroma, and potatoes that had that authentic flavor of yesteryear.
