Food was literally dropped onto our table, the waiter didn 't even stop at the table to serve us. He did it passing by! The plates came fast too fast. My strozzapreti were partly cold. This might happen if you warm them up hastily in a microwave oven. We asked ourselves if we had misbehaved in any manner to be so unwelcome but were sure we hadn 't. Guests at other tables were treated the same. We eventually gave up being friendly and courteous and quit our one way communication with the staff completely. Even after taking our order the waiter (I suppose he 's the owner) walked away without a word. My first no tipper in years. The next day we spoke to some locals about the experience. They unanimously said the owner is a notorious madman.

Went to this trattoria with my family, i am most disappointed with the service as the owner was very rude and ignorant, food was average felt so uncomfortable a... read more Went to this trattoria with my family, i am most disappointed with the service as the owner was very rude and ignorant, food was average felt so uncomfortable and we were rushed to finish our meal and drinks, when presented with the bill we had extra added on each course on top of the cover cost that was in cluded in the set price, when we asked him why the extra he replied with 'because you eat outside '. As an italian born in milan and i have a lot of italian family i was really embarrassed with the way we were treated! Do not go to this restaurant!! Please read other reviews first, wish I had !
