The bread was ok but the chicken cotolette was straight from the supermarket freezer. it is astonishing these people think they can get away with this. Rude manageress was confrontational when paying the bill. (I wasn't going to say anything. the other staff were fine btw. Can only imagine that other trip advisor reviewers only had drinks. A disgrace to Italy and to Gubbio and a very rare experience thank goodness.

Even better was getting to meet the owner who welcomed us and gave us a little history of the Palace and hotel. Will stop on all future trips to Gubbio.
