Pizza Hut - Guasti

So yesterday I rated pizza hut 1 star because my pizzas were thin. The manager at 715 N Euclid ave in ontario called me today offering me a free large pizza for the inconvenience and wanted to make my experience next more enjoyable. That shock me. I really appreciate her calling me just to acknowledge my review. Alot of fast food places like McDonald's hint hint need there employees to be like Alma. sorry if I got your name wrong) it's not the free pizza but it's the fact that she pizza hut manager) took time out of her schedule to call me. That's EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'LL BE BACK AGAIN JUST BECAUSE OF HER!!!!

I go there for their terrific lunch n bunch deal. Wish they could extend it to weekends.Vegetarian options: Great selection.Dietary restrictions: Just keep away from the salty and sweet salad dressings and croutons.Parking: First come, first serve.Kid-friendliness: There's a room that have electronic games for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space.

Well first they can't find my order second my order was by 4;15 but it's wasn't ready until 4:35 I place my order at 2

This, Pizza Hut on Euclid and Ontario California. is so rude Messed up on my order. The delivery person dropped my food when he handed it to me call the restaurant and the manager Alma was so rude. I asked them can they replaced my order they wanted me to pay extra money I asked, can I get credit for my order? She wouldn’t even give me that my order. came up to 30 something dollars I would never order from them again they get zero stars for me

Lately there app is not up to date telling me my pizza is ready I pull up to pick it up talking about it will take another 10 mins because it’s delay . I understand you guys being busy but why the app telling me to pull up is not even ready then I ask how long more 10 mins then another 10 mins. So annoying. I hate that I had to wait 20 mins after the app told me my pizza was ready . The point is not to wait nd I still had to wait . Pizz hut fix ur app
