Jersey Mike's Subs - Guasti

I will no longer be going to this Jersey Mike 's because it has slowly been going downhill. The sandwiches and food are still good but the staff I have had to deal with is not very good. Last time I went in, there was one guy who was doing everything. He was able to keep up and was very overwhelmed and did a great job, but they guy in the back with the band aids on his ears who calls everyone boss is useless. All he did was stand in the back and hit on one of the woman who had just finished her shift. As he did that he left his fellow employee to deal with all the customers. Also, every time I go in now the counter top where they make sandwiches is always dirty. Always dirty. I will go to the one on Central from now on.

I found the customer service amazing and I especially loved the energy, coming from one of the staff members; Adam young! If there were more like him, I would go everyday!

Clean place, great food, and nice employees! Great place to grab something to eat. Thank you to Mr. Young!

I came in for lunch the other day and I got a number 11, all I can say is oh boy! It was delicious!!! The girl behind the counter is a sandwich goddess I believe her name was destiny if I remember correctly and sorry if I’m wrong. She sliced and sprinkled my sandwich, man she can make one hell of a sandwich! I will definitely be returning soon and hoping she’s there again!

The sandwich was dry, very little if any oil and vinegar, had little ham and the provolone was sliced so thin you couldn't taste it. Disgusting. I took a few bites and threw it out.
