Bengee Sushi - Guasti

First time here. My friend and I were looking for a new sushi spot to try, and we both found this hidden gem ?. The reviews look great, so we decided to check it out for ourselves. First and foremost, the place is elegant and very clean. Great environment, music, and friendly staff. We were greeted and seated by Markus. He explained the menu very well and gave us great recommendations! The food came out promptly with great attention to detail! Our order was very delicious! This place is a gem! I live in riverside and I'll make the drive to out come here! Bungee Sushi truly merits 5 stars!

Great lunch special. Loved the salmon collar!! The staff was very polite and the food came in a timely manner.

I felt forgotten about, and I tried my best to be patient because there was only one waiter but they weren’t all that busy, and I watched the couple that came after me get their food before me after 20 minutes waiting at my table already. Also, I was upset with the quality of the maki. When I asked the waiter, he said that he didn’t see a problem with it but presentation is half of why we go to sushi. The waiter was apologetic but didn’t offer any solutions.

The sushi tastes SO fresh and good, not overloaded with rice. Just delicious.
