this is a beautiful little pastelaria in the middle of meda with very friendly staff with an understanding of English. the coffee is excellent, but there is a large collection of cake and bread for those who need a snack. it does not do full meal. but we bought our bread and bread from there. their traditional pastell de nata (Ckustard-Tarts) are excellent!
