It is a tremendous lack of quality in the provision of service, when, at 9:35 pm, on the 12th of June, the young man who was at the counter, refuses to serve two coffees, to two customers, who, after filling up their vehicles, they were going to have a trip of a few hundred km, just because I had already washed the machine . From an extreme lack of education and professionalism (I doubt that the individual knows the meaning of this concept), with completely mocking and disrespectful comments! At that time, apparently, coffee is only served if the boss tells him so. Well, I hope that the boss has an idea of the service that this young man is providing... for the good, or not, of the commercial establishment!
