We had been in this pleasant place a few years ago, and what I remembered was the considerable amount of appetizers, served on request, so excellent and abundant that at the end of these we could not eat more anything. from here the decision to return to get all the remaining menu, although this time we failed to give up the excellent starters. appetizers aside, widely appreciated, arrive the first dishes, typical Umbrian but not only, very gorgeous and well prepared, but the mention of honor is certainly for the second dishes based on meat, of which, what is definitely risaltata, was the quality of the raw material, and believe me that you appreciate this quality in dishes from the preparation not sophisticated by sauces or different aromas. also the winery deserves a special quote for quality and variety. the staff at the tables very young but definitely present and prepared. prices absolutely in line with everything. Finally the suggestion of Christmas, we had known this place and its refreshment in a warm summer of a few years ago, but the suggestion and the Christmas welcome, the decorations in the room, sober and elegant, overstated by a beautiful Christmas tree brand, reminded us that the place was once a religious refectory, and suddenly everything was dressed in a very appreciated and relaxing special suggestion. good, and since the umbria is our favorite place for the holidays, we will definitely see each other.

The dishes are one better than the other, prepared with fresh ingredients and genuine. among those absolutely to try is the degotation (for two people,) a plentiful and delicious appetizer with more courses, both warm and cold. As for the first, I usually choose one of the proposals of the day so I try new dishes every time. pasta is fresh and homemade. among those always available on the menu, instead, I recommend the delicious Umbrians to Lucignolo. Seconds are also exceptional. I usually take black angus cut to black truffle. the amount of meat and truffles are very generous, with an excellent value for money. But let's come to desserts: I really don't know what to choose. Perhaps my favorite is the chocolate cake, but the others are not less (like the extraordinary meringue, or the bombolone with ice cream and Nutella). Very good also the pinched rectangular pizza that prepare here. In this case, the quality of the ingredients is indisputable. I recommend the white base mortar, with sliced mortar and pistachio granella. In addition to the kitchen that is undoubtedly high level, and with abundant portions and at prices more than honest, from lucignolo the staff is of a unique courtesy and availability. the waiters are fast, attentive and always friendly with all. This combination of impeccable features (good dishes, excellent value for money and staff punctual and extremely kind) make the restaurant from lucignolo one of the best in Umbria. It's always a joy to come back and I can only recommend it to everyone, sure to make a good figure. Keep going!

A cozy place meters from the old town of gualdo tadino, neat and clean, efficient and kind staff. Carbonara spaghetti (nothing to envy to the famous Roman trattorias,) grilled of fabulous meat. cherry on the cake an extremely low price. Unfortunately you can't add a sixth star, I would have liked it, congratulations!

Great food, superlative desserts! kindness and professionalism. local not very large but beautiful and cozy. possibility to eat also outdoors. you can also organize lunches of various ceremonies or buffet dinners for special occasions. spectacular sweet buffet! highly recommended!
