Arrived part cooked and s... read more Our first visit to the Sierra Nevada and Guadix. Stopped and had an impromptu meal at Rio Verde and decided on the Entrocote Capricho. Arrived part cooked and sliced into equal pieces on a bed of caramelised onions, carrots and peepers, with a sizzling plate in order to cook it further to your taste. Oh my!!! What an experience. One of the best steaks we have ever had as regular foodies. An amazing later afternoon. Left totally satisfied and ready to return tomorrow!! Great service too and sensibly priced. Top quality and highly recommended. Well done team Rio Verde.

Couple sat next to us were served what the waiter described as meat... read more Have a range of full meals and tapas on menu. We initially decided to just have a few beers. Couple sat next to us were served what the waiter described as meat and tomatoes. We asked for the same and within literally a couple of minutes were served curried hot meatballs, which were fine. Also a bowl of dry spiced corn etc as they had no nuts. We sat on the terrace, which was busy and full of atmosphere. Nobody inside.
