We stopped near a market and asked a local couple for their dining recommendations. They suggested Nardo's, praising its fantastic Menudo. This family-owned restaurant is a true gem in Guadalupe. The service was friendly, the food tasted homemade, and the portion sizes were just perfect. I ordered Chilaquiles with steak and two eggs, while my wife enjoyed the Menudo along with some delicious homemade tortillas. If you find yourself passing through Guadalupe, make sure to stop by this restaurant for an amazing meal.
