Away from the beaten path, but worth the ride... We visited an extremely hot day (40C) while on motorcycles. This was a relatively cool place to get from the bikes and enjoy delicious local cuisine. View all feedback.
What Rafa Marcos Martin doesn't like about Maná Aldeanueva De Guadalajararestaurante Maná Aldeanueva De Guadalajara:
Original restaurant with very good service. I must point out that there was no heating in the dining room, making us feel a little uncomfortable, and the toilets were freezing. Regarding the food we chose, the starters (anchovies, artichokes, torrecnos) were very good dishes, however the main dishes.... the cod, being of quality, did not transmit its flavor, predominating that of the sauce; the entrecôte a little har... I can say that it is an excellent restaurant both in product quality and in its wonderful preparation, without a doubt the best restaurant in the surroundings of Guadalajara. Not to mention the friendly and close treatment that they always provide us. There are incredible dishes that I could recommend, such as rice with lobster, artichokes, and sirloin. In my opinion, these are the star dishes. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent. The luxury attention, the place in the middle of a small town, next to a church with impressive views. The food: I thought it was a chef, he came out a couple of times, but they are a couple inside the kitchen who work the magic. What a treat. I rarely leave a restaurant with such a desire to return as soon as possible! Be sure to try the artichokes. If you are going to eat meat, and if you want to secure your place, call ahead. We were lucky and they offered us the last shoulder of lamb, a delicacy. The closing with that rice pudding was a very pleasant surprise... keep it up, don't change a thing. I hope to see you soon. Ahh, I almost forgot: Google maps tells you that the entrance is from below, but in reality you enter from above, next to the church (calle de las cruces) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food was very good but it arrived a little cold. The perfect service and great views but the price is excessive for the food served. It was also missing things on the menu.
Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
