Poor food in general, the dry aged steak was not prepared properly leaving too much dry aged crust leading to a rank taste on the meat. When I told the waiter he sparks to the chef and when I was brought the bill I was told the chef says he has the best meat in Guadalajara and even though I did not eat the meat I must pay for it. Well, good quality ratio price and good environment
I really loved it. everything is very good and an exceptional deal. We eat nachos, burgers and dessert torrija and cheesecake and sweet cookie milk. I've never tasted these dishes so rich. They give them an incredible touch. my only glue is if you want to book a table. minimum 2 weeks in advance. For something it will be! Thursdays are the day of the burgers and are made with macerated meat that cooks very little and undones in the mouth. we will respect without doubt.
Exquisite food, recommended price quality and cheese cake is a 10.

The food was very rich and quality price is not as expensive as it seems. 2 slices of ham croquettes, 2 stitching (false rissoto,) 1 slice of broken eggs and one of Iberian feathers. drinks and desserts for 5 people 130€.All great, the only thing that disappointed us was: the filtered water collects it, and quite expensive.
