I can tell you from me and my family's experience that whatever they're doing, They are doing a fantastic job. I don't go out very often but they did a really nice job. I will have to say it wasn't packed with people, so that also made it very nice. The wait staff was able to handle everybody in a nice timely fashion. Our waitress was really nice, really wonderful.. What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian In Burl:
Lasagna tasted like it came out of jail/public school cafeteria. It tasted fresh, but also tasted like they used the absolute cheapest blandest ingredients on the planet. Ive honestly had frozen ones better than this. I can't believe they actually charge for it, i wouldn't eat it again if THEY PAID ME $100, not worth being grossed out and confused how it could be that bad View all feedback.
I've been here plenty of times over the years and have never been displeased. Specifically this last Monday I say in the booths in the bar section and got the sweetest server. She was a hoot! I'd go back just for her! But of course the food was also fantastic as always too.
I recently dined at Olive Garden and had a generally pleasant experience. The service was good, with our server being kind and cheerful throughout our meal. The highlight, as always, was the delicious salad, although I couldn't help but notice a slight shortage of tomatoes, though the peppers and olives made up for it. Now, onto the star of the show: the never-ending breadsticks. Need I say more? These fluffy, garlicky delights alone are worth a visit to Olive Garden. They're addictive, and just when you think you've had enough, they bring out another basket. As for the pasta, it's what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. It's not going to transport you to Italy, but it's satisfying nonetheless. Plus, the portions are generous, ensuring you'll have enough for lunch the next day. Overall, Olive Garden provides a reliably enjoyable dining experience, perfect for when you're craving Italian comfort food without breaking the bank.
Loved this place, got right in. The food was plentiful.
A bit spendy for me when your trying to live on Social security but the waiter was awesome and tended to all and then some of our needs. The food was sooo good I had Alfredo shrimp with broccoli yummy I loved it, also had plenty for later too all boxed up by the awesome waiter.. It was just as good as when first served....Can't wait to go back for more Alfredo.....
Good Italian chain. Was able to table a party of 6 fairly quickly while it was busy. Servers and mgr very friendly. We had just been dble booked where we thought we'd be staying, and was there to eat and regroup and find new accomodation s. The tablets they have at the tables are great for keeping kids busy. Our second time at this chain and both have been positive experiences.
