Awful customer service. When we first entered, we were confused about who to place our order with as only another customer greeted us while the employee on duty ignored us. When we were finally acknowledged, we ordered chicken fingers with fries for our 5 year old and the adults ordered the smoked chicken with various sides. By far worst ribs ever! Couldn't even rip them apart at the bones with force. The brisket was not brisket , it was roast beef. The chili was out of a can.
My daughter ordered a half rack of ribs. She downed them. The man ordered a BBQ pork plate with beans and he said it was edible but subpar. Another ordered the chili and probably the worst chili I have ever had. 1/2 of the bowl was just pure liquid. It was more like a really thin soup rather than a chili I am used to. It did have a spice to it so when you had all liquid on your spoon it was like sipping hot sauce. The cashier was friendly but took a while to be noticed and I don't recommend eating in.

I was hoping for a good BBQ experience with this place. While we was ordering the food, my friends wife asked the cashier was the food really good . His response was yes but we noticed that he didn 't sound confident in his own answer, then he just ignored her. As we got our food (which came out not even 5 minutes after we ordered) we quickly noticed that our food wasn 't cooked right. ALL OUR MEATS WERE DRY, PLUS THEY PUT SO MUCH SAUCE ON THE MEAT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE DRYNESS. It 's supposed to be a smokehouse but none of food showed signs of that at all. HOW DARE YALL CALLED YOURSELVES A SMOKEHOUSE YOU FRAUDS! Just about all of us had got food poisoned and I don 't recommend anyone coming here. Also none of the BBQ grills were smoking because they oven cooked the food. Stay away from this place, you will be disappointed.
This is a small place you will miss when you pass by, so be in the lookout! It has delicious food, great portions, and better prices!
