Lovely and traditional atmosphere and ambience. Our sons loved the entire adventure. If you are in Gstaad and love cheese, then don’t miss this experience.

The staff runs around like they have no idea what they're doing. Everything is extremely slow and bad. They have no idea where to put the plates on the tables. 20 minutes to get the bill. Quality of the meat is bad. No flavor and very chewy. This was the same for their steaks as for their fondue chinoise. Raclette was good and the regular fondue was good, but definitely not worth all the trouble. The place is too hot and stuffy. Too much smell and no aeration. Overall bad experience and I do not recommend it at all.
