Was told my marked service dog was not allowed inside and only ‘service dogs for the blind’ were allowed inside, therefore, having to sit on the patio in 40° weather. When in fact my service dog is required due to a disability and trained to perform a task, medical response. Staff and Management were extremely rude and did not apologize for discrimination and violation of the ADA and HIPAA. View all feedback.
