For our first lunch of the season on the slopes...l'Etable is a great stop! very pleasant welcome, beautiful menu, something to enjoy with a meltful and tasty ham, a pulled veal to stand up for, and we're not talking about the desserts...it could well become our winter stamm.

Great restaurant in a charming atmosphere with extremely friendly hosts. Cuisine and wine list with a strong focus on regional enjoyment of simple dishes that are cleverly prepared and interpreted in a modern way.
