The panzerotti are half empty, an... read more Unfortunately Mangia Ami has changed its policy. The coffee is still good, but everything else isn't as exceptional as before. The panzerotti are half empty, and the last time I went there, the mozzarella was still half frozen. I understand the high cost of living, but people still demand it when they pay. Aside from the mix-up, the staff is kind and attentive to the customer. Unfortunately, however, they shrugged their shoulders when I pointed out this problem with the panzerotti.
