What Kathy Williams doesn't like about Starbucks:
Drive thru 8 cars long and no movement.I went inside and couldn?t order because the worker getting off rang her order up and than had to get her wallet from back room .so the line inside was held up.I left never had it been this bad but lately it has. Exceptional customer service. I have a unique name and it is never guessed/spelled right when I order a drink, which is, of course, not a big deal. The baristas working at this Starbucks took the time to look at my app to see how my name was spelled, and called it correctly when my order was ready. It was an incredibly sweet gesture that made my entire day. And my drink was delicious too! View all feedback.
