What Christina Wilhelm doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
So I placed an online order thinking it would be ready when I got there. 20 minutes later when I arrived, not ready. Waited another 15 and they finally picked it up off the counter behind them and handed it to me. My hot sandwich was COLD. Luckily, this is the only location I have had a bad experience.
