Very disappointed by my first experience at this point. My lower part was wrong. I called immediately and was told the next time that they would make a remake. When I went to do the remake, I was told that it was over the 2-week mark and they wouldn't complete the order (I heard NIE from such a thing, especially if I had my reception and the name of the employees). I always order via the app, but every time I order on the app my order is NEVER correct. My husband's order is a turkey and cheese sub plain and cold, no pickle on the side, and some how they always seem to mess up the order, not only is his incorrect mine also, which is just turkey ham and cheese with lettuce and mayo. Simple. The last time I was fed up so I called and supposedly spoke with the manager on duty, he stated that he would write my name down so next time the sub would be free, not both but the turkey sandwhich, which I was fine with. The next time I went in the lady stated my name wasn't in the book. So now I have 2 issues my order was not only incorrect but apparently the manager lied as well. Atp I would rather travel further for a different location, or just choose another sub shop all together. Oh yeah not to mention I left feedback via the app and my concern was never addressed.
I came here 5 times before this review and every time I have been incredibly satisfied with every dinner. I'll come sooner and more often. Yum yum fresh!

Anyway, I called companies and was sure someone would call from the store. Since that time, two MORE WEEKS HAVE PASSED!!! I need another call. Oh, good. I hope others have a more pleasant experience. They have lost some customers behind this so-called 2-week policy of theirs.
I ordered an Italian sub with everything on it, which you would expect to be straightforward. However, it came without lettuce, tomato, or cheese—just ham, salami, and bread. I was shocked! When I got to the restaurant, I noticed that other customers' orders were also incorrect. I really hope they manage to sort things out and stop being so distracted in the back.
