Burger King - Grovetown

The food was hot and delicious. You made our burgers right. You were really nice to us. The service was fast.

We used the drive-thru this time. The line was moderately slow. The little kid (who was with us) didn't figure out what he wanted on time so once we got to the speaker the lady in the other side was polite and gave us some extra time to decide. From my order, the fries were good, the whopper Jr should have had a little more tomato and onion plus it was a little bit cold (I'm guessing they made it before we got there and I ordered it), and my sprite was a little more watery than it should have. The staff was fast and served us very diligently so hands up for that. Here some pictures from some food items we ordered:

I waited about 25 minutes at the entrance, but the gentleman at the speaker was incredibly polite and professional. He explained the long wait, took my order, and apologized multiple times for the delay. When I reached the payment window, he apologized again and mentioned that there were only two staff members working at that time. He handed me my food and drink, and I was pleasantly surprised that my order was exactly as I requested—especially considering it was late at night and the staff was limited. As for the food, the burger was excellent with the freshest bun I've ever had from a fast-food place. The fries were also fresh and tasty. Thank you!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and fun, and the service is quick. The food is delicious too! They even wrapped the burger neatly and securely, ensuring everything was flat in the packaging and not a single fry ended up on the floor. This might just be the best drive-thru experience I've ever had!
