Food was good. Didn't order koobideh this time since from last visit I thought it could be improved to become more Persian style Zereshk polo was very tasty with marinated chicken and barberries. Gheymeh bademjoin didn't taste great. Also, couldn't find eggplants in it. Had to dig in with no avail. View all feedback.
What Витольд Савин doesn't like about Darwish Cuisine:
It's a nice looking place. Our server Michael was very cute and great. Beef Barg Kabob was pretty good, I'd recommend. However, Gheimeh Bademjion was not a winner. It was too sweet, only a few beef cubes and the eggplant didn't seem to be fresh, they were too chewy. View all feedback.
We had a great experience at DarWish, a lovely family-run Persian restaurant. We were only in town for the evening and the other restaurant we had planned to visit had a long line. We decided to try DarWish instead and we were so glad we did! It was a fantastic meal and we will definitely return in the future. This restaurant is now a wonderful memory of our time in this city.
I tried Persian food for the first time and it was amazing. The service was excellent and the lamb was the best I've had in years. I sampled something from each dish and was impressed by everything. This restaurant has become a new favorite and I will definitely be dining here regularly.
If you have not tried persian food come here to get a taste of persias. Chicken Koobideh is a good start and is offered as a special and full dinner. Nice subtle taste and not too spicy or greasy.
I tried this place in a mood and so glad I did it! The food was nice and delicious. It quickly came out and the waitress was very helpful to try dishes. Please check them!!
