I went to the counter and asked them to put some onions and mustard on it. They said they couldn't, so I asked a side of onions and mustard to put it on theburger myself. I was told no and the manager Melissa argued with me at the front counter, so I asked for a refund. She onlyrefunded the burger without the cost of the bacon they had charged me for. I asked for my receipt back and was also told no.

The girl who took my order was not very helpful, and when I reached the pickup window, my order was incorrect. When I tried to explain the issue, she simply told me, "That's what's on the board now," then shut the window and walked away. This treatment was very upsetting. I am giving two stars because the food itself is good, but I hope they improve employee training to ensure better customer service. Unfortunately, the two girls who handled my order fell far short of expectations.

The staff are mostly young high school students trying to mak... read more The only thing that is wrong with this place is a lack of (strong leadership and proper training). The staff are mostly young high school students trying to make some money to buy a car or to help their parents out while trying to get some on the jobexperience. I personally think that they are doing a great job with what they have been given. Braum's is a fast food In and outestablishment selling handburgers and fries milkshakes and Sunday's with a small quick pick food store added to the mix.
