This can be explained by the excellent food, but also by the friendly staff, who converse with guests, suggesting dishes and offering clarifications...they're also well-versed in wine. The rustic atmosphere evokes warmth and tradition, just as tradition is reflected in many of the dishes offered. The menu is extensive, ranging from typical Roman pastas and main courses to delicious grilled dishes. If you'd like to try several delicious dishes, I recommend the Mangiafuoco appetizer...made especially for those with a sweet tooth. Service, despite the restaurant being fully booked, was prompt.
