I tried the appetizer with artichokes, arugula, and parmesan (very fresh) and the first course with artichokes, guanciale, and pecorino cheese, which was truly flavorful and well-executed. Sara, Sofia, Giorgia, and a guy (whose name I don't remember) were incredibly kind. It's worth noting that I'm celiac; I ate well and with great attention on their part. Thank you!
