The manager allows customers to loiter around the premises, which creates a negative atmosphere. Additionally, some employees are posting Google Reviews to enhance their image, creating a conflict of interest. This establishment desperately needs a more competent manager and better staff. I have been and will continue to reach out to the appropriate channels to address these issues. The owners are aware of the unsatisfactory management and misconduct occurring here but have chosen not to take action. Therefore, I am also in touch with corporate leadership in hopes of resolving the situation.
