I have 5 Dunkins in a radius of 3 miles of my house. Although the situation at times is a traffic nightmare, this is the best no competition. As busy as it gets, always fast service, very polite staff, NIE get the wrong order. I wasn't there in a few months. The woman behind the counter even remembered how I took my coffee. Best customer service! Especially from Kass, it is super sweet and goes beyond and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied with their order. Your friendly attitude definitely brings a smile to the face! She is definitely a great example of customer service.
Line moves fast, uniform is always mint with these crew members. Job made effective and efficient. No complaints here
There are probably 4 Dunkin shops closer to me than this place, but we go out our way to go to this place. In the other places the coffee is burned and bitterly tasting 90% of the time, but this place always nails it! Whatever you do is work, so stop it!
