While I was h... read more I stopped by to grab some coffee and snacks before a day trip with my brother, but unfortunately, the service at the front counter was quite rude. While I was halfway to my destination, I realized that part of my order was missing. I returned today to either get a refund or the items I didn’t receive, but I couldn’t find my receipt. I was told that without it, there was nothing they could do, and they couldn’t even look up my purchase using the card I used. It feels like I've just lost my money. This experience has made me reconsider my choice to go with Dunkin instead of Starbucks. If you do decide to visit, make sure to double-check your order before leaving the counter!

However, the Peach Passionfruit with Lemonade was a bit odd; it tasted like it was made with grapefruit. It's been a while since I had Dunkin', so I want to try the Peach refresher from another location soon for comparison.

I ask... read more When the other Dunkin' is full I usually come here before I go to work. This is the 3rd time they messed up on my order. I ask for hot, they give me cold. I ask for food, they forget. They say they thought they heard this but I know I specifically said what I said and even the receipt says it. They need new workers.

I haven't have Dunkin' in awhile, but the Peach refresher tasted like it was made with grapefruit, it was strange? I'll try to get the Peach ? refreshers from another DD soon for comparison.

It seems they accidentally gave my drink to the car in front of me, and after a couple of minutes of discussion, they told me to pull to the front of the building. I ordered a Large Cake Batter latte, but when it was served, there was no whipped cream or any toppings on it. When I mentioned that this didn’t match my order, the employee insisted it was correct but explained that since I didn’t specify “Signature Cake Batter latte,” it wouldn’t come with whipped cream. Usually, if a latte doesn’t include whipped cream, they ask if I’d like it added, but that didn’t happen here, so I was left unaware. While I take some responsibility for not saying "Signature," I would advise other customers to keep this in mind when placing their orders. There’s another Dunkin' in Gales Ferry that might provide a better experience. Good luck!
