Dunkin' - Groton
Dunkin'
Description
A local Dunkin’ Donuts location presents a paradox of convenience and inconsistency. While its drive-thru serves as a quick stop for those on the go, many customers find the in-store experience lacking due to slow service and unwelcoming policies, including locked doors. Though service can be hit or miss, with reports of rudeness and confusion, some staff members, like a standout employee named Hazel, provide a bright spot with friendly interactions and generous gestures. Amidst these complexities, Dunkin' still offers a satisfying selection, but customers are urged to approach with tempered expectations.

The guy takin our orders seemed like he was having a bad day and that me and my family were an inconvenience to him. Guess we'll go back across the street to Starbucks.
Had to wait for a few minutes but the people were so pleasant didn't mind-especially Michael!
I stopped for a quick egg and bacon sandwich. The sandwich tasted fine although my stomach was in knots from an impending job interview, so I couldn't even finish half of it. I was surprised to find that this DD was staffed with a skeleton crew. There was 1 employee managing inside orders, 1 managing outside orders, and only 1 other person prepping food and beverages. It seemed like the drive-through was a quick experience while ordering inside was the slower option.
