There is no doubt that this is the best place where to treat yourself with a tasty and elegant lunch break in this town. The menu tends to offer dishes from the tradition but revisited to leave the patrons without that unpleasant feeling of it was too much . My favorite this time around: grilled squid on spinach. What John R doesn't like about Canapino Enoteca:
It is totally inexcusable to have a waiter with such shocking body odour that it detracts from the meal. The worst possible impression made, we ordered from a small meat heavy menu. The fish stew was dire in my opinion though another in our group was more impressed. Meat dishes were well received though some said portions small. We each had a first plate and then shared a second plate. All very, very good. Service was attentive and timely. Great seating outside on the piazza. Highly recommended for a nice dinner out. There are two restaurants here. One for fine dining and one for less formal dining. Check out the menus for which suits your tastes.
Very nice ambiente. Lovely view on a nice plaza. Delicious food (had spagetti with clambs and tiramisu).
We had been with a group of 14 persons in this restaurant and eated a la carte. The warm welcome of the waitress was very much appreciated. The staff in the service was charming and helpfull. And also the owner was happy with our group. The variety of the dishes was sufficent and the efficiency of the kitchen great to serve such a large group without any problems. The regional products were cooked in an excellent way. As friends of wines we loved the winelist and could choose from many out of the region. Everybody felt happy at the end of the evening.
