I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights on my honeymoon and am still staying at the hotel. The room is pretty good considering it's Swiss. The view of the Eiger wall is great and the swimming pool is small but ok. Breakfast has a small selection of dishes. The man working in the reception lobby is very friendly. However, the man who made omurice for breakfast on the morning of October 20th and 21st was a racist. Still, I made a reservation and stayed there because it had a lot of good reviews in Switzerland, and when I ordered it because it was a system that made omelet rice, they looked at us and told us to sit down. Another Western kid took the omurice I made. The next month, another customer came to the table and told us that the omelet rice was ready, so we were left with a cold meal. I know a lot of Koreans come to this hotel, but I think they need to be educated that this is a country where we all live together in the 21st century.
