When I arrived, the host took my order of a cappuccino... read more I have never written negative reviews but I think my interaction with the host deserves to be mentioned. When I arrived, the host took my order of a cappuccino just fine but didn’t allow my friend to sit next to me because he didn’t order I can understand but the restaurant had at least 15 empty seats. We were going to leave immediately anyways. Then when it came to payment she got upset when I said I had to pay by card hasn’t happened to me anywhere else in Switzerland. Then when I was paying, I pressed the wrong button on the credit card terminal and she berated me like I was an imbecile it’s in German and I couldn’t understand what the text said. She also refused to show me the amount she was charging me and charged me a whopping 8 francs for 1 cappuccino. The lady then got her husband to come berate me because I mentioned that she was also rude to my friend. The lady and her husband were fawning over a German couple next to us and connecting all the dots made me think that this establishment is run by racists. Seeing some of the other comments only bolsters my case.
