Their vegan section now lists baked pumpkin, roulade and quorn stroganoff. Check what the double leaf symbol means, probably only vegetarian, so not sure about starters. Really expensive with CHF 38 for the quorn stroganoff. View all feedback.
What Sybille Schuler doesn't like about Barry's:
I was seated quickly, then forgotten. After receiving the menu, that was the last I saw if any staff. More than one table for their orders taken and food delivered, I did not receive anything in that span of time nor was able to order. It was not a full restaurant. Avoid this place, as other reviewers complained about the slow service I am not the only one: I left without eating anything. View all feedback.

Excellent cuisine, dedicated service and a beautifully designed restaurant in the “Bergwelt Grindelwelt”
The food was very nice. Sadly, the vegetarian options are quite limited.
We ate cheese fondue here for CHF 30 with free flow of bread and potato. The cheese had a hinge of alcohol taste to it which was good with the potato. Very crowded when visitors like us can’t head up to Grindelwald on bad weather. But it’s a good experience here.
Very nice restaurant with very tasty food. The staff is friendly and courteous. Also suitable for vegetarian/vegan diets. Price-performance ratio great!
