As someone who works in customer service, I understand tha... read more I placed an online order for a pizza, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they had not received it. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that technology can sometimes fail. However, the staff at the restaurant were welcoming and apologetic, and they quickly made my pizza. To make up for the inconvenience, they gave me the order for free and even added a soda that I decided to include. Despite the fast production, the pizza was still delicious. I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation, so I give them a 5-star rating!
