I am not sure whether this has not helped until the end... read more No good experience. my last visit has been with my partner and all our eating was not on usual standard. I am not sure whether this has not helped until the end of the season or what the staff has been recruiting. really the worst. experience I had in the last 5 years at this place and not plan to return safely in the near future. it is a shame because the place is beautiful and eating was great for most of the summer. a last point when they serve a guinness, they should do it right if they had a bad day, is not the customer mistake and for 9,50€ per pint they expect something better then this.

As a dweller of port grimoud we were looking for a place to play some pool. we have arrived. the dame at the bar let us wait for over 15 minutes. we ordered a b... read more As a dweller of port grimoud we were looking for a place to play some pool. we have arrived. the dame at the bar let us wait for over 15 minutes. we ordered a bottle of champagne ruin for €90. After another 10min we got the bottle......just opened, warm glasses. we also noticed that the bottle was not full. we said to the bar lady that it is not the usual use to bring a bottle already opened and that it was not full. she responded insulted and said she will contact the chef. another young lady came and asked what the problem was. we explained the situation again friendly and asked them to show us a closed bottle to compare with the bottle we got. so we could prove our point on the fact that the bottle was not completely filled. she was insulted and told us to pay for the bottle or go.
