Caesar Salad - which I had - was o... read more I visited this restaurant last year and by chance happened upon it again. My friend (a chef) and I just ordered the set menu. Caesar Salad - which I had - was one of the best I've tasted. The dressing was superb - you could taste the garlic but it wasn't overpowering. My friend had the fish risotto which was creamy and full of flavours. Only negative is that there was a noisy family in the restaurant next door - screened off - but the prices obviously attract families - nothing wrong with that, however the level of cuisine and wines offered by Fleur du Sel would be even more palatable in another location in Grimaud. That said, fabulous food and wine offered by friendly staff.

Offering a proper beer or cocktail for apéritif would help a lot too. Service was very impersonal. I wouldn't return here.2
